Red Velvet Cake Dip

Oh red velvet cake.  You make me so happy!  Cake, cupcakes, cake balls, bars, cheesecake, pancakes, the list goes on a on.

But dip?

I wanted to make a fun snack for the coworkers since we've been working out almost every day for the past two weeks together.  We do everything:  Zumba, ab class, quick-pace arms & legs strength exercises, squats, jumping jacks, cross training on the elliptical, running, etc!  I'm so lucky that we're all on a quest to get fit and have each other for support.  Thank you, ladies.

As a reward I wanted to make this dip which is really easy.

It requires:

Yoplait Light Fat Free Red Velvet Cake Yogurt
